Do I need to take an assessment first?
It helps but it's not required. The assessments give us a shared baseline before any scoping call. If you've already done one, mention your score and I'll come prepared.
What size company do you work with?
Typically 10–200 person companies across agencies, SaaS, and eCommerce. The sweet spot is teams with defined workflows but no dedicated AI/automation function yet.
How long does a Build-Only engagement take?
Usually 6–10 weeks depending on scope. We do a scoping workshop first and pin the timeline before any contract is signed.
What tools do you work with?
HubSpot, Salesforce, Make, Zapier, n8n, Notion, Airtable, Slack, ChatGPT, Claude, and most major SaaS stacks. If you use something else, ask — I've probably integrated it.
Is there a guarantee?
