I'm Faisal Rizvi — an AI implementation advisor with an operator background. Before advising, I spent 8 years running marketing and ops inside companies that were doing exactly what yours is: buying tools without a plan, adding headcount to solve process problems, and wondering why nothing scaled.
This platform exists because the advice I needed back then was free, honest, and specific — and I couldn't find it.

The mission
Most small businesses can't afford a $150K/year head of AI operations, and shouldn't have to. The assessments are free because the diagnosis is the valuable part — and because I'd rather help 10,000 operators think clearly than invoice 10 of them for a strategy deck.
Advisory work funds the platform. The platform creates the pipeline. The goal is a community of operators who actually know how to use AI — not just operators who bought it.
