Run one draft against your three voice rules
"Make it professional" is not a voice. Three rules you can name are a voice. Drafts drift when nobody checks.
"Make it professional" is not a voice. Three rules you can name are a voice. Drafts drift when nobody checks.
This hack: ten minutes, one draft, your three rules, pass/fail edits. Your rules - not a generic brand bot.
When to use it
- You have a draft about to ship.
- You have (or can write) three voice rules.
- You want a quick gate, not a rewrite committee.
When not to
- You have no rules yet. Write three first: we sound like X, we never Y, we always Z.
- Legal review is the real gate. Do that separately.
- The draft needs structural work. Voice-check after structure.
Do this (timer on)
- 1. Paste draft + three voice rules.
- 2. Run the prompt for violations and suggested rewrites.
- 3. Accept only edits that still sound like you.
- 4. Ship or schedule.
Prompt (copy)
Check this draft against my three voice rules.
For each rule: PASS or FAIL with a short quote.
Then: a revised draft that fixes FAILs without getting generic.
Do not add hype. Do not invent facts.
